CCI Jamaica presents ‘Building Blocks for Effective Ministry’, a series of workshops.

If building your program, strengthening your staff team and developing proactive discipline are key concerns of your camp ministry, then these workshops will provide relevant information and experiences to help you build a framework for ministry.

Workshop 1 - Building Community

Maximize the unique dynamics that create a temporary camp community using interactive games and activities you can share with campers and staff.

Workshop 2 - Building Effective Staff Teams

Discover strategies for selecting, training and mentoring a staff team capable of developing, implementing and sustaining your ministry.

or - Building an Integrated Program

Program is 24/7. Explore creative ways to maximize opportunities to integrate and apply Biblical principles throughout the camp.

Workshop 3 - Building Blocks for a Disciplined Camp

Breakdowns at camp often require disciplinary measures. Examine proactive strategies to develop clear and healthy boundaries.

Examine how to intentionally facilitate relationship building at camp.
